We use the information to respond to your request, assess search fit, prepare a proposal when requested, and improve our service. We do not sell enquiry data.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with StructCrew personnel and service providers needed to respond to your enquiry, subject to appropriate safeguards. We retain enquiry information only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, legal obligations, or legitimate business records.
Confidential searches
For confidential roles, request an NDA before sharing sensitive information. We will confirm the agreed handling process before beginning work.
